Our experience in litigation concerning real estate disputes includes: disputes arising after the sale of property, construction disputes - including mechanics' and materialmen's liens, mortgages, leases, zoning, title insurance defense and claims work, quiet title actions, suits for the sale of partition of land, boundary line disputes and representation during mediation or arbitration for commercial and industrial construction disputes between sub-contractors and general contractors.
